Born in 1936 in Guangzhou, China. He graduated from the Fine Art Department of Taiwan Normal University. He was the Chairman of the Department of Fine Arts, The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 1984 until 1992.

Born in Shandong in 1973, the artist has had numerous solo and joint exhibitions in Asia, Europe and the United States. Although well known for his sculpture, he also expresses his talent in works on canvas and with chromogenic prints.

Born in Xinjiang, China in 1968, the artist works and lives in both Berlin and Beijing, having had extensive solo and group exhibitions of his ink paintings, installations and field art in Europe, New York and Asia. In his works on paper, his intent is to actually express linear rhythm.

Born in 1969 in Hubei Province, China, he lives and works in Wuhan and Beijing.  Through his sculptures and other related works, the artist initiates a dialogue at once menacing and ironic, between the forms of mythic Chinese culture and modern day globalization.  He has shown works internationally, including exhibitions at the Duolun Museum of Modern Art, Shanghai, the Kunstmuseum Bern in Switzerland, the Pompidou Centre in Paris and at Chambers Fine Art in New York.

Born in Dalian and graduated from the Central Art & Craft Academy, Beijing in 1989.
