1992

His painting The Square Window received the First Prize at the 2nd National Watercolor Show in Chuizhou

1993

His painting The Bachelor was shown at the Chinese Watercolor Show in Hong Kong

His painting The Square Window was shown in Los Angeles, U.S.A. at The Best of Chinese Watercolors sponsored by the Chinese Artists Association

1994

His painting Memory of Sunset received the Grand Prize at the Modern Watercolors by Invitation show at the China Art Museum in Beijing, sponsored by the Beijing Artists Association

Received a 2nd Prize Honor award at the 8th National Art Show at the China Art Museum in Beijing sponsored by the Culture Department of the P.R.C. and the Chinese Artists Association

1995

His painting Hair Washing won the 1st Prize for Excellenced at the Yunnan Province Watercolor Show at the Yunnan Art Museum

1996

His painting The Walnut Tree in November was shown at the 3rd National Watercolor Show at the China Art Museum in Beijing

1997

His painting Mother and Daughter received the Grand Prize at the Exhibition for the Celebration of Hong Kong – China Reunion in Kunming City

1998

His painting Home Town – The Old Wheel was shown at the 4th National Watercolor Show in Beijing and Qingdao

1999

His painting Dry Rot – Expensive Burning received the Bronze Prize at the Asian Pacific Art Show in Washington, U.S.A.,  sponsored by the Asian Pacific Art Research Faculty of the University of Washington

His paintings Red Soil Green Shadow and Teenage Singer both received First Prize awards at the Celebration for the 50th Anniversary of the P.R.C. at the Yunnan Art Museum

The painting Red Soil Green Shadow also received the Bronze Prize at the 9th National Art Show at the China Art Museum in Beijing

2000

His painting Photograph was shown at the 5th National Watercolor Show at the Guangzhou Art Museum in Guangzhou

His painting Red Soil Green Shadow was shown at the 9th National Art Show in Macau, sponsored by the Chinese Artists Association and the Macau Artists Association

2001

Solo exhibition at Galerie du Monde, Hong Kong

His painting Red Soil Green Shadow  was selected to participate in the China Contemporary Art Exhibition organized by the Korea National Art Organization, National Contemporary Art Gallery and the China Artists Association in Seoul, Korea

2002

His painting Young Singer was selected for showing at the 6th National Watercolor and Pastel Paintings Exhibition at the Shanghai Art Gallery, Shanghai

2003

His painting Spring Rain, The Record of The Upper Stream Nature of Yangtze River Stop Lumbering  received the Camelia Prize – 1st Prize from the Kunming City government, Kunming, China
